We have five different site styles for you to choose from during your stay. We highly recommend touring the park and choosing a site in person, as they are all unique set-ups. We are also happy to provide a “virtual” tour via Facetime or video call.
All sites include water, sewer, and trash. Electricity is metered and billed monthly.
"Campfire" Sites
Back-in, 65-foot pull-thru sites located conveniently in the front area of the property and near several of your favorite amenities.

Our "Wagon Train" sites are a mix of back-in and pull-thru sites. These sites have either turf or tree shade and are 65-68' long.

The "Corral" sites are spacious and well-appointed sites throughout the park that treat you to nice views, shade, and a little more elbow room (65-73' long).

"Tavern" Sites
These select sites are spacious (70-75' long), accommodating, shaded, and perfect for relaxing with us for a while.

Application & Screening:
Each guest must submit an application. A background check is required for every adult guest.
Cancellation Policy:
At Legacy Longhorn Ranch and RV Resort, we aim to balance flexibility for our guests with the operational needs of the resort. Please review our updated cancellation policy below:
October 1st to February 28th (Off-Peak Season):
• 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: Guests will forfeit the deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay. The remainder of the reservation fee will be refunded.
• 14 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refunds will be issued, and the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
March 1st to September 30th (Peak Season):
• 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: Guests will forfeit the deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay. The remainder of the reservation fee will be refunded.

Additional Information:
• Modification Policy: Changes to reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a reservation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full cost of the reservation.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Occupancy & Fees:
• Monthly rate includes 2 adults and 2 children (under 18).
• Additional guests: $25/day.
• All guests must be registered before arrival.

Rules & Regulations:
PROHIBITED STRUCTURES & EQUIPMENT
• No permanent additions or constructions.
--Includes decking, fencing, awnings, or carports.
--Some storage units are allowed with approval. Some structured steps or ramps are allowed with approval.
--Decking and storage is available as an add-on to your lease. If interested, let us know on your application and we will send you an option sheet.
• Personal golf carts/ATVs are not allowed.
PETS
• We welcome friendly, well-behaved pets.
• There are no breed restrictions, but:
--Pets must be non-aggressive, non-disruptive, and under control at all times.
--Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or unfriendly conduct toward people or other animals is not tolerated.
--Management reserves the right to ask any guest to remove their pet from the park immediately for violations.
• Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be picked up promptly.
• Maximum of 2 pets per site unless otherwise approved.
SAFETY & CONDUCT
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• RVs must be 12 years old or newer (or approved).
• Speed limit: 10 MPH.
SITE MAINTENANCE
• Sites must remain clean and clutter-free.
• Only appropriate outdoor furniture and decor allowed.
• All trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
