Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in/Check-out: Check in is at 3pm (VIP Check-in available at 1:00pm for $25, includes a check-in beverage, ice-cream, and camping concierge guide), Check-out is 12pm.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Speed Limit:
The speed limit throughout the Resort is 10 MPH.
Vehicle Limits:
Each site allows a maximum of two (2) passenger vehicles.
Pets:
Pets must be leashed at all times and waste must be picked up immediately.
E-bikes:
E-bikes are permitted for riders 18 years of age or older only and must be operated safely.
Motorized Vehicles:
Personal golf carts, ATVs, and UTVs are not permitted.
Children:
Children under the age of 14 are not permitted anywhere in the Resort unattended.
Animals:
Unauthorized interaction with animals is prohibited.
Risk Disclaimer:
The Resort contains over 400 mature trees; falling branches are a natural risk.
Personal Liability:
Guests are responsible for their RVs, vehicles, children, pets, and personal property at all times.
Cancellation Policies:
At Legacy Longhorn Ranch and RV Resort, we aim to balance flexibility for our guests with the operational needs of the resort. Please review our updated cancellation policy below:
General Cancellation Policy
- 30 Days or More Before Arrival Date: Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before their scheduled arrival date.
- Within 30 Days of Arrival Date: The cancellation terms vary by season:
Additional Information
- Modification Policy: Changes to reservations must be made at least 15 days in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a reservation without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full cost of the reservation.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
