Application & Screening:
Each guest must submit an application. A background check is required for every adult guest.
Occupancy & Fees:
• Monthly rate includes 2 adults and 2 children (under 18).
• Additional guests: $25/day.
• All guests must be registered before arrival.

Rules & Regulations:
PROHIBITED STRUCTURES & EQUIPMENT
• No permanent additions or constructions.
--Includes decking, fencing, awnings, or carports.
--Some storage units are allowed with approval. Some structured steps or ramps are allowed with approval.
--Decking and storage is available as an add-on to your lease. If interested, let us know on your application and we will send you an option sheet.
• Personal golf carts/ATVs are not allowed.
PETS
• We welcome friendly, well-behaved pets.
• There are no breed restrictions, but:
--Pets must be non-aggressive, non-disruptive, and under control at all times.
--Aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or unfriendly conduct toward people or other animals is not tolerated.
--Management reserves the right to ask any guest to remove their pet from the park immediately for violations.
• Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be picked up promptly.
• Maximum of 2 pets per site unless otherwise approved.
SAFETY & CONDUCT
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• RVs must be 12 years old or newer (or approved).
• Speed limit: 10 MPH.
SITE MAINTENANCE
• Sites must remain clean and clutter-free.
• Only appropriate outdoor furniture and decor allowed.
• All trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles.
